Understanding Our Approach
We've designed this refund policy to be fair and straightforward. If you're not satisfied with your learning program, we want to make things right. That said, there are some situations where refunds apply and others where they don't.
Most refund requests get processed within a week. Sometimes it takes a bit longer depending on your payment method, but we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
When You Can Request a Refund
Early Withdrawal
Changed your mind within the first 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials? You're eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course materials and we can't resolve them within 5 business days, you qualify for a full refund.
Course Cancellation
Should we need to cancel or significantly modify a scheduled program, you'll receive a complete refund or the option to transfer to another suitable program.
Medical or Emergency
Unexpected health issues or family emergencies? We review these situations individually and can offer partial refunds or program deferrals with proper documentation.
How to Request Your Refund
Submit Your Request
Email us at info@mindfluxe.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Include your full name, course name, and enrollment date. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process things.
Review and Verification
Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll check your enrollment status, course access history, and verify the reason for your refund matches our policy criteria.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If there are questions, we'll reach out to clarify details.
Processing and Payment
Once approved, refunds typically process within 5-7 business days. The actual time money appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Different Situations, Different Options
Partial Course Completion
If you've completed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course within 30 days, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. We calculate completion based on module access and assignment submissions.
Course Transfer
Sometimes another program might suit you better. You can transfer your enrollment to a different mindfluxe course of equal or lesser value within 60 days, though transfer fees may apply.
Program Deferrals
Need to pause your learning? You can defer your enrollment to a future cohort starting within the next 12 months. This option works well for temporary schedule conflicts.
Promotional Enrollments
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes follow standard refund terms, but refund amounts reflect the actual price paid, not the original listing price.
Payment Methods and Processing
Refunds return to your original payment method whenever possible. Here's what that looks like for different payment types:
Credit/Debit Cards
3-7 business days after approval
Bank Transfers
5-10 business days depending on institution
Digital Wallets
2-5 business days after processing
Things to Keep in Mind
- Refund requests must come from the enrolled student or an authorized account holder. Third-party requests need written authorization.
- Course materials, including downloadable resources and recorded sessions, must not be retained after a refund is issued.
- Certificate programs with external examination fees are non-refundable once exam registration is complete.
- Administrative fees of RM 50 apply to refunds processed after the initial 14-day period.
- Group or corporate enrollments follow separate refund terms outlined in your organization's agreement.
- Partial refunds are calculated based on unused course content and remaining program duration.
- Refunds issued in currencies other than MYR may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing.
